Coco Puff’s Story

History:  Coco came to us during a CRISP (https://www.facebook.com/CRISPpage/) shift we were working.  She was so calm and friendly we couldn’t leave her behind.

About: Once upon a time, there was a Chicago dog named Coco. She was a pretty brown and white dog with golden eyes. Her fairy god mom had a fondness for cereal so she started calling her Coco Puff. Coco Puff was swept up from Chicago Animal Care and Control in a chariot. Until this day, she can’t wait to get in her chariot and be carted around even if it’s to the veterinarian. She especially liked the part where she didn’t have to have any more pups to ruin her girlish figure.

Coco Puff was so grateful that she looks to fairy god mom for direction and is eager to please. She learned quickly that if she took treats softly, the bag produced endless amounts of treats. She was even praised for just sitting. Fairy god mom proved to be quite simple, but nice none the less.

Coco Puff was brought to multiple outings to find out what her preferred social environment would be. Like many belles of the ball, Coco Puffs prefers male suitors. Her heart belongs to the confident, silent type.

Being from Chicago, she has a natural ability towards athletics. Her strolls are her favorite part of her day. Fairy god mom always keeps an eye on her upward jumps as fences pose no threat to this girl. In fact, Coco Puff’s athletic grace could be best utilized in an agility class where she could be taught to excel.

As every fairytale needs a happy ending, Coco Puff longs for her happy ending. She lives in a castle that has an evil witch (dominant female dog) who makes sure she is banished to a room by herself. Her prince of a foster brother takes long strolls with her whenever he is able to sneak out unseen.

Coco Puff also has to be locked away from the furry little creatures called cats. She was born with a prey drive that does not make for a peaceful kingdom.

Coco Puff awaits for her hero or heroine to unlock her from room so she can blossom into the princess she is destined to be.

So please kiss her, throw her a braid, spin straw into gold, or just fill out an application at LulusLockerRescue.org

The End.
