Rosie’s Story

History:  Rosie was originally purchased at a pet store.  Her family had to surrender her when their landlord decided she was too big.  Rosie came to use through the CRISP Program.

About:  Rosie is an incredibly sweet, friendly, well behaved girl.  She has loved every person and every dog that she has met. She is not being fostered in a home with children, but we think she would do just fine as she is very gentle and not jumpy.  Rosie is being fostered with 3 dogs (2 female, 1 male) ranging from 25-60lbs and she absolutely loves to be part of a pack. Rosie must be adopted into a home with at least one other active, playful dog.  We also feel that Rosie will need a large fenced yard so that she can play with her canine siblings. Rosie has not been crated in her foster home as she has shown herself to be completely trustworthy when left alone.  Rosie knows sit, down, paw, off, and is working on stay. Her foster family used the following words to describe her: Intelligent, Playful, Affectionate, Goofy and Sassy. Rosie is truly a gem!
