Veruca’s Story

History:  Veruca and her siblings were stray kittens without a mother who were brought to a suburban animal control facility.

About:   Veruca was the only girl of her litter and was a little skeptical when she first arrived at her foster home, but she has become the nosy, confident, social little sister.  She always wants to know what you’re doing and wants to know if she can help. She’ll gladly invite herself onto your lap if you’re petting another animal. There is always room for one more, right?  She enjoys rough housing with her siblings, but also enjoys playing quietly by herself. Her foster home has introduced her to the brush, knowing that her beautiful medium length hair will need it. She is starting to enjoy it because she loves attention. She is good with the resident cat and the resident dog, and is also being fostered with tween/teenaged children. Veruca loves snacks and treats and will help herself to your snacks and treats if you aren’t vigilant.
